These Terms govern your use of GeoFlow Tools ("the service"), a browser-based tool that enriches address lists with U.S. Census geography data. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service lets you geocode address lists against the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder and derive additional geography fields, entirely from your browser. Free usage is limited to a number of address rows per run (currently 100). Purchased credits raise that limit (currently 1,000 rows per run). Current limits are displayed on the homepage.
You agree NOT to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits, automate bulk access, or resell raw access to the underlying APIs; (c) submit data that is illegal to process or that you have no right to submit; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Paid credits are a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider, Creem. Credits unlock the higher per-run row limit and are tied to your browser via a local unlock flag. If you change browsers or devices, contact support with your order details and we will restore access. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service fails to perform its core function (address enrichment) and we cannot resolve the issue — contact [email protected].
Geocoding results are produced by the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder and are subject to that service's coverage and accuracy. We do not guarantee that any geocoding result is correct, complete, or fit for your purpose. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them, particularly for legal, compliance, tax, or jurisdictional determinations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 10 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PURCHASE). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.
The service's code and design are owned by the operator. Geocoding data is public-domain U.S. government data. You retain all rights to the data you submit and the results you download.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections 4–6 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the homepage with an updated date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
